Welcome,
It is not by chance that you are here!

My name is Yana,

Originally from Crimea, my life has been shaped by movement - living across countries and cultures while following an intuitive path of spiritual study and embodiment.

My work is devoted to supporting embodied awakening and inner coherence through grounded spiritual practices.

Through my own spiritual awakening, a clear sense of purpose emerged - not as an idea, but as a lived orientation: to support the opening of the heart, the integration of consciousness, and a more compassionate way of being human. When the heart opens, awareness deepens, creativity flows, and our relationship to ourselves and others transforms.

At the center of my work is Śakti - the living, intelligent energy of life. When approached with reverence and grounding, Śakti reconnects us to our innate divinity, restores vitality, and brings clarity to both body and mind.

Over the past seven years, I have traveled extensively, studying with teachers and spending time in indigenous communities to better understand the human condition and the nature of consciousness. Time spent with the Arhuaco people - guardians of what they call the Heart of the World in Colombia - deeply affirmed my path, as did my immersion in the sacred traditions of India and Tibet. These lineages emphasize liberation not as escape from life, but as freedom within embodied living - the unconditioning of the mind that allows us to perceive wholeness and interconnectedness.

My primary focus is energy as medicine, because energy is the foundation from which all physical, emotional, and mental states arise. India gifted me with profound, ineffable experiences of this truth - experiences that now inform my work through subtle transmission, presence, and grounded guidance.

I continue to study ancient practices while living them daily. My work draws from Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga and Classical Tantra, supported by a background in Western medicine and formal training in prana activation and Ayurvedic healing.

As a yogini and ceremonialist, I bring over a decade of disciplined study and lived practice - including Shaiva Tantra, yogic traditions, energetic work, shamanic ritual, and plant-spirit traditions - always approached with respect, ethics, and integration.

I do not position myself as a guru. I work as a guide and facilitator, offering grounded support, clear presence, and embodied wisdom. In sessions, workshops, and retreats, my intention is simple: to help you return to alignment, clarity, and a felt connection to your own inner truth.

Beyond my work, I practice Indian classical dance, photography and connect with artists to explore Indian culture and the living language of creation.

As the alchemical tradition teaches:
the work is to transform the dense into the luminous - not by force, but by awareness.

It is an honor to share these time-tested practices with you, in service of clarity, grounding, harmony, and embodied radiance.

Om
